How do I prepare?

Small Shoot: Please provide your photographer with a space at least 8 feet wide to setup a light box for photographing your products on a white background. Prepare your ten products to be accessible in advance of the photographer's arrival.

Large Shoot: Please prepare your 20 products in advance of the photographer’s arrival. Compared to the small shoot, this shoot will consist of lifestyle, in-action photos. Consider if you would like your photos captured at an off-site, but nearby location to your storefront. If you would like people in the photos, the photographer can capture photos using any models that you provide. Models will need to sign an appearance release.

How do I add photos to my Ripl account?

From the SmartShoot link emailed to you, download your photos to your desktop (or anywhere on your computer). To add your custom images to your Ripl media library, just click on “Media” and “Upload from computer” when you’re customizing a template.
